Each row is multiplied together: inquiries x share lost x share that become jobs x job value x months.
What we assumed
- Each range you picked uses its low and high end. The open ends are capped: "0 to 5" starts at 1, "40 or more" runs 40 to 60, "under $5k" starts at $1,000 and "$100k or more" tops out at $150,000.
- The share lost comes from your speed and reply answers: 1 in 20 if both are quick, 1 in 10 in the middle, 1 in 5 if both are slow or you miss leads. It is a what-if, not a measurement.
- We assumed 1 in 4 inquiries would have become a job. Yours may be higher or lower.
