All work
A dental office's homepage, 8.9 s to 1.4 s on a phone.
A Carlsbad dental office's homepage took almost nine seconds to show its main content on a phone, and the page shifted while it loaded. We rebuilt it with the practice's own team photos and words.

What we changed
- Used the practice's own team photos in place of stock photos, resized and saved as WebP. The top photo is 68 KB.
- A plain map link in place of the embedded map scripts.
- Tap-to-call and directions in a bar that stays on screen.
- Readable contrast, one main heading, and links that say where they go.
- No JavaScript at all.
How we measured
Google Lighthouse 12.2.1, mobile setting with its standard slow-network simulation, three runs each, alternating between the two sites, on October 19, 2026. Each number is the median of the three. Page size counts every file the page downloads.
This is a free preview we built for the practice. Their live site is unchanged, and we don't name them here.
